The compassionate caring of my Moon
The courageous strength of my Mars
The clever interaction of my Mercury
The cosmic common-sense of my Jupiter
The cooperative charm of my Venus
The contained discipline of my Saturn
Despite the eclipses alien disruption

my offering
patiently kneads
earths solid matter
wholeheartedly
 blended in this chalice
with the liquid of emotion
stirred up with endless airy ideas
until arriving at the right constituancy
of solid, liquid and gas
to be heated in the fires
of empassioned feelings
for the purpose of good will
bound together produce
that unique creation
 Divinely inspired
fulfilling my souls longing
for worthwhile selfless sevice
creating something to give back

and whose chicken are you
if you are what you eat?
Are you a crippled creature,
mentally deranged,
educated to be forgotten
factory fodder kept in the dark
about to have your neck rung
to maximise profits
or are you one of the few
corn-fed colourful cocks
daily sticking your free range neck out
in full glory
announcing with pride
the wonders of nature's way
as hope dawns
with the light of each new day.
